Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and sometimes plans change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice so we have the opportunity to accommodate another client.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Please note, if your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, your $50 deposit will be used as a cancellation fee per our Cancellation Policy. This also applies to cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice.
A new $50 deposit will be required to book a future appointment.
No- Show Appointments:
Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service costs.
For “Tox” appointments, a flat $200 no show fee will apply instead of the percentage-based fee.
